Live Virtual Workshop

Join us for three days of facilitated learning, collaboration, reflection, and project design. Engage in real-time discussions, receive immediate feedback, and work alongside fellow educators as you develop an authentic PBL experience for your learners.

Asynchronous Workshop

Need more flexibility? Complete the workshop on your own schedule using recorded sessions, guided activities, and planning resources. Asynchronous participants still have opportunities to receive feedback, attend open office hours, participate in project showcases, and connect with Magnify Learning coaches throughout the year.

Level 1: Jumpstart Your PBL

Perfect for educators beginning their PBL journey. Explore the core elements of authentic Project-Based Learning and begin designing a standards-aligned project rooted in real-world learning.

In this workshop, you'll:

  • Explore the foundations of authentic PBL

  • Connect standards to meaningful, real-world challenges

  • Develop a Driving Question and project framework

  • Identify authentic audiences and community partners

  • Begin designing a project ready for classroom implementation

Level 2: Strengthen Your Practice

Designed for educators who have experience with PBL and are ready to deepen and refine their practice.

In this workshop, you'll:

  • Strengthen project design through intentional benchmarks and scaffolding

  • Align assessments with student learning goals

  • Increase student engagement through inquiry and authenticity

  • Refine project timelines and implementation plans

  • Develop strategies to support successful project execution
