PBL Leadership - Real World Problem Solving | E133
This is the third episode in our four part series on moving Project Based Learning into your school. Today, Ryan talks about Real World Problem solving and how that engages learners who are not normally engaged. You can bring in real world problem solving even if you’re not a fully Project Based Learning school or classroom. Often, a Real World Problem is what it takes for your learners to be fully engaged.
In this episode of the PBL Simplified Podcast, we have for our Need to Know: How do I decrease my stress level as a high-flying leader? In the Leadership Leap, Ryan summarizes the book Soundtracks by Jon Acuff, one of Ryan’s all-time favorite authors. The thesis of this book is about taking overthinking from a super problem to a superpower. Ryan dives into how this book can help you in education and why you need to have some positive soundtracks running through your head providing encouragement throughout your day. The main episode continues the four part series on ooching Project Based Learning into your school.
